According to an official Press Release Ms. Sayn-Wittgenstein said,

“I passionately believe in the importance of mentoring young women and helping them find their voice. Women around the globe are speaking up for themselves and it is vital to the future of our world that we empower young women to do the same. By helping girls find confidence in themselves and their abilities, we help provide them with a strength and self-worth that will carry them through the rest of their lives. With enough encouragement and positive role models, they can discover that no problem is insurmountable, and there is no limit to what they can achieve.”
