The Stimulus Africa Foundation has developed a programme called the Creative Economy Masterclass that seeks to train, mentor and coach creative entrepreneurs to support them in realising business success through their talent. Stimulus in partnership with Zimbabwe German Society (ZGS) are pleased to offer an opportunity to 10 creative entrepreneurs to apply for a scholarship funded by ZGS to participate in the 2017 edition of the program.
This program will provide both training and practical application. Participants will also receive personal coaching and group mentorship throughout the ten month programme.
In case you were wondering a Creative Entrepreneur is an individual working in the creative sector (this includes but is not limited to software & application developers. UX designers, animators, gaming developers, accessory designers, fashion designers, culinary arts, visual arts and performing arts) and is working towards or is able to demonstrate business success in the classic terms of business growth (profit, market share, employees) and/or in terms of his or her reputation (creativity, quality and aesthetic) among their peers.
The Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must be working in the creative sector and the candidate MUST commit to participating in the program fully for its duration both the training and for the practical application activities set out.
