Zimbabwe National Network of PLHIV is a national network of people living with HIV within our advocacy work do through community based advocacy committee .These are community based and we have been training them to tackle issues concerning their lives through networking within support groups to gather supporting data or the evidence and then engage in dialogues with the respective authorities. Most of the advocacy issues have been to do with access to essential drugs such as ARVs, and access to services particularly orphaned and vulnerable children

Job purpose
To assist the Finance Department in the preparation of finance document whilst obtain experience and exposure in a working environment. To be able to document internship experience and share findings with Supervisor and or Management.
Key responsibilities
To raise Goods Received Vouchers; To request for quotations; To match payment documents; To prepare payment requests; To reconcile debtors and creditors accounts; To file accounting vouchers and documents; To prepare payment vouchers
Qualifications, experience and other specifications
Studying for a Finance related qualification such as BAcc, BBS, CIS, CIMA, ACCA etc from a recognized institution; Must be prepared to be attached to ZNNP+ for at least 6 months; Must be prepared to learn from other departments within ZNNP+

Project Coordinator: Zimbabwe National Network of PLHIV (ZNNP+)

Reports to: Programme and Training Manager
Job purpose
To facilitate the overall management of the project grant, assets and oversees the day-to-day implementation and coordination of the PLHIV Stand Up for Your Rights Project providing training and technical support to project staff and implementing partners
Key responsibilities
Provide all-round technical support on programmatic needs relating to the PLHIV Stand Up for Your Rights Project; Supervise and manage the performance of project subordinate staff; Ensures staff and partners understand portfolio issues and priorities; Manage the project grant and ensure that activities are adequately resourced and properly executed; Reconciles funds advances for all programme activities carried out and submits reconciliations to Finance department; Conduct field visits to monitor implementation of project activities; Establish and maintain regular contact with project partners that include local authority structures, line government ministries and sector departments while periodically representing the organisation at all relevant forum; Collect, compile, collate and analyse relevant monitoring and evaluation data with the support of the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer; Compile periodic project reports; Facilitate the evaluation of the impact of the project in the project areas through analysis of reports, beneficiary surveys and liaising with other stakeholders; Facilitate the identification, tracking and addressing advocacy issues at national and sub national levels through community and national policy dialogues of advocacy issues
Qualifications, experience and other specifications
Degree in Social work, Development Studies, Sociology, Health Sciences from a recognized institution; An advanced degree or post graduate qualification is an added advantage; At least 4 years’ experience in project planning and management, monitoring and evaluating HIV and community development work; Proven ability to analyse and report on data is an advantage; Demonstrated appreciation of financial and administrative requirements in an NGO environment; Demonstrated commitment to working with PLHIV (including key populations, women, children and youths); Possession of a clean class 4 driver’s licenses with at least 3 years’ experience and a defensive driving certificate; Ability to work with minimum supervision and available for assignment to any province; Ability to commutate at all levels.

Provincial Coordinator: Zimbabwe National Network of PLHIV (ZNNP+)

Job purpose
To facilitate and coordinate provision of services to PLHIV in the province of operation.
Key responsibilities
Provide guidance and coordination of HIV/AIDS programming in establishing, nurturing and capacity building of support structures for people living with HIV in the province; Facilitate recruitment and retention of new and existing membership (PLHIV and networks of PLHIV); Ensure implementation of projects in compliance with donor guidelines and procedures; To ensure timely submission of weekly work plans; To ensure timely consolidation and submission of activity, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the management; To receive, control organisational funds and ensure that all expenditure is incurred in a bona fide manner and is genuinely supported; To ensure timely and accurate acquittals and reporting of all financial transactions; Capacity community structures for identification of critical HIV/TB advocacy issue for redress with relevant stakeholders; Represent ZNNP+ at provincial meetings, building relations and networks with stakeholders to advance organizational objectives; Facilitate the development of strategic and resource mobilisation plans for support groups and networks of people living with HIV; Facilitate development of comprehensive networking and collaboration mechanisms between the networks of people living with HIV, their membership and key stakeholders involved in the response to HIV; Participate in and contribute to organizational strategic planning and reviews; Overall responsibility for the supervision and mentoring of assigned officers; Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Field Worker: Zimbabwe National Network of PLHIV (ZNNP+)

Job purpose
To facilitate the provision of services to PLHIV in the province of operation.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate formation of new support groups of PLHIV and capacity strengthening of existing ones; Conduct field visits/support group visits; Maintain notes, minutes, etc with respect to field or support group visits; Work directly with the support groups; Update the organizational programme team, stakeholders, funders and beneficiaries on project stages; Network the organizational members with other stakeholders; Represent ZNNP+ at stakeholders meetings and giving feedback to the provincial executive committee; Arrange and facilitate for district coordination meetings; Resource mobilise for and coordinate events within the province and or for the benefit of members; Supervise student interns and focal person on programme related issues; Carry out office administrative duties when need arises; Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
